Post-Construction

The last step in any build is the most important, this phase includes cleaning of every surface in the home. We understand cleaning up construction debris can be tedious, and we take full pride in presenting a move-in ready home when the construction process is completed.

Post Construction Cleaning includes:

removal of flooring protection
removal of debris
clean windows inside and out
baseboards and walls are dusted
all cabinets and hardware are vacuumed and wiped out
floors are swept and mopped

Move In/Out Make Ready

Home Maid Ready offers options for renters, real estate agents or sellers that do not want the hassle of preparing the property for the next owner or renter. We will create a fresh, clean environment in a timely manner protecting your bottom line.

Touch ups

We understand that after a clean is done it sometimes requires additional touch ups from other subcontractors. This phase includes wiping down all countertops, sweeping and mopping, and pick up of any debris left from the final punch out.

Stained Concrete-Waxing

2 coats of wax are applied after the floors are completely removed of any debris. This option gives stained concrete a facelift after construction is complete. It becomes the sacrificial layer to protecting the sealer and ensures longevity of the floor.

We understand in today's world health is the utmost priority. we also provide the option of using strictly green products at an additional cost.

Haze removal on Tile

This process is only as needed when grouting isn't cleaned properly, and a haze is left behind. We will do our best to remove the haze using sulfamic acid. All labor cost are provided at time of service.
